On Nov. 3, a new trailer for the upcoming film “Sucker Punch” made its debut and I must say it is freaking awesome! A while back we brought you the first trailer and I went on about how amazing it looks and here that statement is justified, with new footage and a little more insight into a storyline that sounds simple enough yet complex all at once. The girls embark on a quest for five items they need in order to escape and they have the power to control the world they create. The action is intense, more of the dragon and robots! What else can a person want?

Sucker Punch: Visual Awesomeness

On March 25, 2011 Zack Snyder’s new film Sucker Punch will be released and I cannot say how much I am looking forward to this. When Zack Snyder remade Dawn of the Dead he made a name for himself with running zombies, he wasn’t the first to do it, but he made it exciting. Then came 300, the style of the battles, the slow motion strikes, the gore, the faithfulness and enriching of the graphic novel was a feast for the eyes. Watchmen followed, a graphic novel thought to be “unfilmable” for years, but it came out and I loved it. True to the book, amazing visuals and the story intact, it was the best when it comes to adaptations. Of course there are his detractors but lets face it, the guy can make an awesome movie.
